ON ICE DEVELOPMENT
Take your hockey skills to the next level with our elite training programs in the Quinte Area. Designed to enhance your skating and puck-handling abilities, our sessions provide expert coaching in power skating, puck control, agility, and reaction techniques. In a dynamic and supportive environment, players will refine their posture, balance, and overall performance.

We offer comprehensive training, rehabilitation, and medical services for clients of all levels, from youth athletes to professionals. What size is the ice surface?The ice surface at WE Performance is 3/4 of an NHL-sized rink, measuring 200 ft x 85 ft.

How do I book the ice?To book the ice: Step 1: Head to The Jane App Step 2: Under "Select a Treatment," choose your booking type. Step 3: Select your desired date and time from the schedule. Step 4: Click "Continue," and log in, or create a profile. Step 5: Fill in the required details and confirm your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?Ice booking cancellations require 7 business days' notice to avoid fees. Cancellations less than 7 business days will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations under 72 hours' notice (excluding weekends) will be charged 100%. For prepaid programs (e.g., 8-week Learn to Skate), fees are prorated to the participant's start date. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or withdrawals after payment

Where is the viewing gallery?The viewing gallery is located in the loft. To access it, 1. Enter through the arena doors and follow the hallway. 2. Go through the double doors on the right. 3. Head up the stairs to the loft. Note: Spectators are permitted only on the right side of the loft.

Why is the fitness and therapy area off limits?For the safety of all our clients, the gym, therapy, and fitness areas are only accessible during supervised sessions. These spaces contain specialized equipment and potential hazards that require proper use under professional guidance. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone

Is alcohol allowed in the Performance Centre?Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in the facility. However, beer is available for purchase. Please visit our Smart Serve-certified staff at the front desk for more information.
