A/AA/AAA TRYOUT PREP
Designed to get athletes game-ready, this 4-week program combines gym and on-ice training to fine-tune skills, build capacity, and sharpen compete level ahead of tryouts. With high-tempo battle drills, shooting and skill work, and strength training, we focus on refining the foundation built in the off-season - so you hit the ice at your best when it counts.
